Established in 2017, Yidu Jinchen Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise in the manufacturing field of speciality chemical products. Now, we are mainly engaged in the research, development, production and trade of organophosphorus flame retardant intermediates and photoinitiator basic materials, with a wide range of applications.
At present, our production base is located in Hubei Yidu Chemical Park, with a registered capital of CNY 5 million. The first phase of the project has been completed and put into production. Our company obtained the registration permit for fixed asset investment projects in Hubei Province in April 2018, which complies with national industrial policies and is a national encouraged development project. This investment project was completed in July 2019 and met the conditions for trial production. In July 2020, it obtained a safety production license, and it passed the review of the safety production license in January 2024.
There are complete hardware facilities, including an office R&D and quality inspection complex building, a DCS control room, a thermal oil boiler plant, a BPD\DPC\CEPPA\Phenylphosphinic acid production plant, a drying and crystallization plant, a hazardous chemical storage tank area with a pump shed and an unloading platform, a hazardous chemical warehouse and a Class E warehouse, high and low voltage distribution rooms, ice brine refrigeration rooms and nitrogen production rooms and other public engineering stations, a Fenton oxidation sewage treatment station, a composite salt treatment area, a circulating water pool and a fire pump room, DCS and SIS control systems, GDS gas alarm systems, fire control systems, etc., which meet the design specifications of safety facility.
Our company has all relevant licenses and qualification certificates, which comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, such as production safety license, hazardous chemicals business license, sewage discharge license, national industrial product production license, non-pharmaceutical precursor production registration certificate, foreign trade operator registration, etc. We obtained the national high-tech certificate in 2021.
At the same time, our company has obtained dozens of patent certificates. For example, our company's new product diphenylphosphine oxide has independent intellectual property rights and can be used in the industry to produce flame retardant materials for metallic materials and circuit board chips, plastics for electronic equipment, copper lining laminates and other high-end materials, with broad application prospects.
