Characteristics
1. Fast curing
2. Resistant to yellowing
3. Low odor
Description
TPO is a highly efficient pyrolytic radical photoinitiator with a wide absorption wavelength range, covering both surface drying and deep curing. Its absorption peak is at 380nm, and it still has absorption at 430nm in the visible light region. It belongs to the acylphosphine oxide pyrolytic radical photoinitiator, and its photolysis products are trimethylbenzoyl radicals and diphenylphosphonyl radicals. They are all highly reactive free radicals.

Application
It is suitable for initiating ultraviolet polymerization reactions in unsaturated prepolymerization systems, featuring rapid curing, resistance to yellowing, and low odor. It is particularly suitable for the photocuring of colored systems. The absorption wavelength of its photolysis products can shift towards short waves, providing a photobleaching effect, which is conducive to the transmission of ultraviolet light and the curing of thick coatings. Uv-curable coatings and acrylate inks, as well as substrates such as paper, wood, metal, plastic and glass.
